The problem I took my car in for is not completely resolved. There is some kind of electrical issue somewhere and my car is still having one of the warning messages it was previously showing. I took it back in this morning to get it looked at again. Also, the first time I was told a price of $229 + labor for a new battery with a lifetime warranty. Two days later I was told $329 + labor because of "inflation." Are you kidding me? I feel like they just fixed my car enough to get it running, they didn't actually resolve the original problem that caused everything else to go haywire (literally). I will update my review if the issue is ever completely resolved.
Because of Brian, I bought a car. I stopped in to look at white Camaro SS and decided within seconds it wasn't for me. He said, "come inside, I have something you would love!" He was right! I love my 2023 Camaro Convertible LT1 and we are thankful he had the courage to speak up to sell a car. No pressure, just kindness. If all sales associates were like Brian, more vehicles would be sold!

Easy and effortless. All I did was drop my vehicle off, they gave me a ride to work then picked me up when my vehicle was done! Exceptional service!
I was helped by the service rep Ann Marie this past Saturday while my car was being serviced. She was super personable and fielded all my questions quickly and courteously! The service department has always gone above and beyond for me and my Spark.
My wife and I are very experienced car buyers, and Brian was one of the most professional, courteous, and honest sales person we've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Chevrolet to contact him.
Ann Marie helped me out! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions I thought of while waiting on my carās service. She also helped me use my rewards points to pay for the service I got!
Autonation was able to get my truck in on short notice and get it out in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall I have had very good results using the Service Department at Autonation West in Amarillo.
Service was great but they did leave some kinda pick tool under my car hood thankfully I found it!!!!!
