Confirmed Service Customer
Our Chev Suburban transmission began to fail just as we arrived in Amarillo after the first 500 miles of a planned 1,100 miles car trip at about 5:30 PM on Saturday. By the time we arrived at AutoNation Chev West in a rent car, the service dept had closed, but we were warmly greeted by Mark Huber in sales, who provided tow service contact info and after hours service department drop off procedures. We were contacted promptly Monday morning by Coby, who provided in progress updates as our truck went through the various stages of diagnostics, cost estimates and repair. We were able to continue our trip in the rent car with minimum delay and return later that week to pickup our truck and return home (with a new transmission). Everyone we met was friendly and helpful from our initial meeting with Mark until checkout with the cashier, who helped us apply our GM Rewards credits to the repair bill. Thanks to all at AN Chev West for making an extremely stressful situation less stressful.
