Confirmed Service Customer
While heading back home, thirty miles west of Amarillo the temperature gauge on my 2019 Chevy Colorado stopped registering. Knowing my truck was probably overheating so I limped it into Amarillo. Anne was my service rep. I was greeted warmly, but when I first arrived Anne told me it would be several days before my vehicle could be seen due to service department being fully booked. She ran a diagnostic test on my vehicle and it was determined my thermostat had gone bad. Anne discussed my situation with the service personnel and they were able to squeeze my truck in to make the repairs. While in the waiting room, Anne kept checking on my family to see if we needed anything. I just want everyone to know, Anne is a fantastic employee and an asset to the dealership. She was my family's Angel. Thank you Anne!
