Confirmed Service Customer
I had an appointment at 9:15 to drop off my vehicle. The service advisor was quick to get me in and out. Didnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t explain anything about my vehicle or if I was experiencing any problems. By 3:00pm I still had not heard if my vehicle was done and the website shows it was just checked in and not started. I contacted the service department. A very nice female answered the phone trying to find my vehicle. I was transferred to the service advisor Nathan. He didnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t know where my vehicle was. I was place on hold 2 times while he looked in the system for it. When he returned on the phone he said it was just getting started. By 4:20 pm he said it was done and just being washed. When I arrived to get my vehicle another service advisor took my information, asked for a signature and gave me the keys. He never once explained what was done on my vehicle or if anything needed to be fixed or what all was done to my car. I walked out not very happy with the service I received.
