Confirmed Service Customer
Brought truck in for oil change and front end alignment check from previous service. Tech found upper passenger A-Arm was loose from previous alignment. After leaving when I was told truck was repaired had same issues with front end (knocking noise, slight pull to right) took truck to local alignment shop to get front end checked. They found passenger Upper A-Arm ball joint failed. Not sure how I brought my truck twice to the same place and ball joints were not checked when performing a front end alignment?? That would be the first thing any technician would check prior to performing any alignment?? This could have been an issue of my front tire completely coming off and causing an accident.
