Ann (Service Advisor) was great. She was informative, professional, and as communicative as she could be. My truck was in the shop for over 5 weeks due to parts on national backorder, which could give any customer an uneasy feeling. But Ann made sure I was taken care of by GM, and very responsive any time I had questions or requested updates. I will definitely be using them again and specifically requesting Ann to help me with any Service needs I have.
